WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Every love story has a beginning, and ours began with one small, brave moment.
Jade made the first move… Neither of us knew then that a simple text message would become the beginning of something extraordinary.
The First “I Love You”
WHERE LOVE FOUND ITS WORDS
Somewhere between friendship, laughter, and all the memories we were making, something beautiful had begun. There wasn't one moment when everything changed. Somewhere along the way, friendship simply became love.
Our First Adventure
WHERE THE JOURNEY BEGAN
And so, our story began to unfold.
For our first date, Nick took Jade to the skies, flying above the beautiful Hartbeespoort Dam. A first date unlike any other - and perhaps the perfect beginning for two people whose life together would be filled with adventure.
From that first flight came new places, new memories, ordinary days and extraordinary ones - all of them shared side by side.
Then Nick said the words that gave our story a name:
“I love you.”
Three little words that would come
to mean more with every year that followed.

SHE SAID YES
Seven years after Jade made that first move, our story brought us to a moment we would never forget.
This time, it was Nick who had something planned. He started recording, while Jade - completely unaware -
thought he was simply taking a photo.
Then came the question.
“Will you marry me?”
Jade answered… “Nou!”
Nick heard… “No.”
For one very long second, the proposal didn't quite go according to plan. Then came the realisation,
the laughter, and finally the answer that mattered most…
“YES!”
And thankfully, what Jade thought was a photograph
had captured the whole beautifully imperfect moment on video.
Seven years of love, laughter and adventure had brought us here - and the next chapter of our story had begun.
Not the end of our love story, but the beginning of its most beautiful chapter yet.
